Last year, the NSPCC took over 85,000 contacts from adults worried about a child. And many of those were passed on to safeguarding leads in schools and care settings. So our designated safeguarding lead training prepares you for that responsibility. It’s a Level 3 course built to the national standard for DSL roles. The course suits school staff, nursery managers and charity workers. It also fits anyone holding the safeguarding lead role in their setting. You don’t need years of safeguarding experience. But you do need the right training behind you.

Each module ends with a short quiz, so you know what’s landing. On top of that, the course is CPD-accredited and meets the Level 3 standard that schools and inspectors recognise.
